Total Rewards Cincinnati (TRC) is dedicated to providing great opportunities to network and learn as a community.   TRC offers quarterly programs designed to enhance professional knowledge and skills. Our programs explore current HR trends and issues for professional development. Programs also offer excellent networking opportunities. 

It is our goal to be a great resource to Total Rewards Cincinnati members and connect our membership.  In this spirit, we created a new virtual networking community in Cincinnati the Total Rewards Resource Group (TRRG)!

TRRG is an opportunity to stay connected with other professionals, to share how your organization is responding to current challenges and explore solutions.   TRC added the Total Rewards Resource Group (TRRG) in May 2021 as an additional opportunity for our members.

    We’re excited to announce that the Total Comp Tour is coming to Cincinnati, Ohio on June 24th through a partnership between Salary.com and WorldatWork.


    This national 29-city event series was created to bring together compensation and total rewards professionals for candid conversations, practical insights, and meaningful peer connection at a time when the profession is rapidly evolving.

    Compensation leaders today are navigating increasingly complex challenges — from pay transparency legislation and pay equity expectations to AI-driven workforce transformation, analytics, merit increase effectiveness, and changing employee expectations. At the same time, many compensation professionals operate within small teams or highly specialized roles where opportunities to collaborate with peers can be limited.

    The Total Comp Tour was designed to change that by creating local gathering points where HR and compensation professionals can connect with others facing similar challenges in their own markets. Cincinnati’s event will feature timely discussions led by industry experts, national thought leaders, and local professionals sharing real-world perspectives on the future of compensation and total rewards strategy.
